Hello! I am Dr. Mansi Verma, a licensed clinical psychologist, RCI, India and a registered psychological assistant at California Board of Psychology, USA. With over 13 years of experience, I've provided mental health care to diverse multicultural clients in individual, couple, and family therapy.
My therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based best practices, incorporating developmental and attachment-based perspectives, emotion-focused approaches, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioral theory, and mindfulness-based practices as needed. In addition to psychotherapy, I regularly conduct comprehensive psychodiagnostics and psychological assessments. Prior to relocating to the US, I worked as a clinical psychologist and senior research fellow at the Department of Neurology at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi, where I was involved in therapy and neuropsychological assessment for people with epilepsy and insomnia. I also contributed to the development of the MUDRA Toolbox, a comprehensive clinical and neuropsychological toolbox for early dementia diagnosis, funded by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).
